数字转英文
阿拉伯数字一键转英文读法，支持小数、负数与金额模式（dollars and cents）。
工具介绍
填写英文单据、开发票或核对合同时，经常需要把金额写成英文。本工具按美式英语习惯把数字转成读法，全部在本地完成转换。
- 整数按 thousand、million、billion 三位分组朗读，上限 999,999,999,999；
- 21 ~ 99 使用连字符（如 twenty-one），采用美式读法、不读 and；
- 小数部分逐位朗读，如 0.52 读作 zero point five two；
- 负数以 negative 开头；金额模式输出 … dollars and … cents（自动区分单复数）。
说明：本工具采用美式读法，101 读作 one hundred one（英式为 one hundred and one）；如需英式读法请自行在百位后补 and。
